Nourished Body Pilates is a space where you can feel safe to be yourself. Where you can show up as you are, judgement free. We want you to feel empowered and confident and are here to support you through your movement healing journey. Here we break the stereotype that Yoga and Pilates are only for thin and supple bodies, or that it needs to be painful to be beneficial. Our therapeutic approach heavily emphasize biomechanics, proper alignment and fascial release techniques to repattern, strengthen, release and deepen your connection to your body.
