About Michelle

I want to break the stigma that you have to look a certain way to benefit from movement approaches like Pilates, Yoga, and other self-care modalities. Movement can be a nourishing and healing self-care experience while also being challenging, strength building and gentle. Its diverse and multi-dimentional.

I have 1500 hours+ of training in Yoga, Pilates, and self-myofascial release (self-massage) and 15 years of experience teaching movement. I am a forever student and constantly educating myself to better support my clients on their movement journey.

About.

I want people to feel like they have a safe space to come unwind yet grow stronger, to empower people to craft their own self-care rituals and make movement and fitness more approachable. Here we break the stereotype that Yoga and Pilates are only for thin and supple bodies; it is a feeling of safety and comfort during a therapeutic 1-on-1 session; a place to grow and learn to connect deeper with your body. Our mission is to empower and nourish our bodies through movement and other self-care practices.

What we offer.

We offer virtual and in-person Pilates lessons with a therapeutic approach. We heavily emphasize biomechanics and often blend self-massage, therapeutic Pilates and functional movement to help you reduce your pain, decrease your stress and muscle tension, increase your longevity, and strengthen your body for a lifetime.
