NOURISHED - 6 week VIRTUAL course
In this 6 week course, you will receive 12 classes in total; 6 new weekly prerecorded classes, and 6 weekly interactive support and cue style classes where you will be guided through the prerecorded sequence with live support from me. You get access to all 12 classes for the full 6 weeks.
You will learn techniques, strategies and proper form to deepen your body awareness. We combine light self-massage using therapy balls with breath work to balance your nervous system, and Pilates and Yoga inspired movements to build strength, confidence, longevity and resilience.
While this work can at times feel gentle, it is also incredible transformative and designed to help your learn to connect deeper to you. You will find that you awaken sleepy, dormant muscles, release tension and create new movement patterns to keep you out of pain.
Course runs Sunday January 7th - February 17th
Classes are 30-40 minutes
Weekly Interactive Support and Cue classes will be LIVE Fridays at 9am PST.
Fridays January 12th, 19th, 26th,
Fridays Feburary 2nd, & 9th
Recordings will be available for all 12 Pre-recorded and Interactive Support and Cue classes until February 17th)
Props used throughout the course: Therapy balls (2 small theraby balls, 1 Inflatable), light weights (optional) and Yoga Block (or thick book)
