We use props! Here are a list of props and their substitutions to have handy-
Yoga block =A stack of mystery novels rubber banded together, a cookbook you’ve never used…
Stretchy band = a yoga strap, a belt from when you went outside, a scarf, your dogs leash…
Yoga Blanket = an old towel
a slippery floor =NOT carpet if possible. We will use to blanket to slide and glide and roll.
Access to a wall =a door way works too!
FOR THERAPY BALL CLASSES - We use the TUNE UP FITNESS BALLS, however tennis balls and a rolled up Yoga Mat make good substitutions. We frequently use the Original size and inflatable Corgeous Ball, and offer options for those of you that have more sizes to play with.
***While rolling, you may feel tension and discomfort, but you should not feel ELECTRIC pain, if you do, move the balls to a different area (usually a bit higher or lower will do the trick) or feel free to take a break.
